Despite having 30% fewer calories than regular milk, this type of milk have been found bleach, caustic soda, formaldehyde, sodium bicarbonate, steroid hormones and antibiotics.
This mixture can cause obesity, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cancer, respiratory and skin allergies.

Cereal bars
Most cereal bar contains gluten, sugar or artificial sweetener in abundance in the composition. Experts say they are a real calorie bomb and barely have promised fibers on the label.
